Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
1. Purpose and Commitment
OMNIREP is committed to protecting children and preventing any form of child sexual abuse
and exploitation (CSAE). We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward content, behavior,
or activity that exploits, abuses, or endangers minors. This policy applies to all users,
content, and interactions on the OMNIREP platform.
2. Scope
This policy applies to:
- All users of the OMNIREP application and services
- All user-generated content, including but not limited to images, videos, text and audio
- All interactions facilitated through the platform, public or private
3. Definitions
For the purposes of this policy:
- Child / Minor: Any individual under the age of 18.

CSAE Content: Any material or activity involving sexual exploitation
or abuse of a child, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

User-Generated Content (UGC): Any content uploaded, shared, or transmitted
by users on the platform.
4. Prohibited Content and Behavior
The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate enforcement action:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form
- Sexualized images, videos, or depictions of minors
- Grooming, solicitation, or sexual communication involving minors
- Requests for sexual content involving minors
- Role-play or fictional depictions involving sexualized minors
- Content that facilitates, promotes, or normalizes child sexual exploitation
- Attempts to evade detection of CSAE content
5. Content Moderation and Detection
We employ a combination of technical and human safeguards to prevent, detect,
and remove CSAE content, including:
- Automated content analysis and filtering
- Hash-based detection where applicable
- Manual review of flagged or reported content
- Rate limits and safeguards on uploads
6. Reporting and Enforcement
User Reporting
Users can report suspected CSAE content or behavior directly through in-app
reporting tools or via info@pbc.group.
Enforcement Actions
Upon detection or confirmation of CSAE violations, we may take one or more
of the following actions:
- Immediate removal of the content
- Permanent account termination
- Preservation of evidence
- Reporting to law enforcement
7. Cooperation With Authorities
We cooperate fully with law enforcement and relevant child protection organizations.
Where required by law, confirmed CSAM will be reported to appropriate authorities
without prior notice to the user.
8. Data Handling and Privacy
- CSAE investigations are handled with strict confidentiality
- Access to CSAE-related reports and data is restricted to authorized personnel

9. User Education and Awareness
We are committed to promoting user safety by:
- Providing clear community guidelines
- Offering reporting tools that are accessible and easy to use
- Taking proactive measures to discourage harmful behavior
10. Policy Enforcement and Updates
Violation of this policy constitutes a serious breach of our Terms of Service.
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time to reflect changes in
legal requirements, industry standards, or platform functionality.
